  • Experience working with distributors, OEM customers, system integrators, or other B2B customers.
  • Experience developing new markets, channels, or strategic accounts.
  • Established relationships within the North American medical device or healthcare technology industry.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex products and customized solutions.

  • Curious and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable engaging with new customers and business partners.
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and commercially driven.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures and international teams.
  • For early-career candidates: strong learning ability, initiative, and willingness to grow.
  • For experienced candidates: proven sales results, industry knowledge, customer relationships, and the ability to develop strategic business opportunities.
